Oakley Holiday

The goal of creating a cohesive holiday gift guide that stayed on brand. From retouching multiple images to supervising a team of a designers using my work for multiple banners and emails.

  • Role: Designer, Retoucher, Quality Supervisor
  • Client: Oakley

To start off the holiday gift guide project, the art director and I focused on the final destination first. This is where the email, website banners, and online ads would lead customers to. Using multiple photographs from our in-house photo studio, I cropped out the product backgrounds and placed the products on one background. The highlights and shadows were added to create a unified image.

Using the new creative, I created banners for the homepage, online ads, and a responsive email design maintaining the Oakley brand guidelines.

With the overall creative complete, it was time to tackle each category. Starting off with the bread and butter of Oakley -- the Men's and Women's Eyewear categories. Lenses were removed/created in photoshop and highlights added for that subtle pop.

Finally, we have the uniquely creative accessories that Oakley created for this holiday collection. All of these images maintained a consistent and cohesive Oakley vibe. This isn't neon colors on a Walmart ad. That's for sure.
